TEST RESULTS
Chappel Family Practice will notify you of the results of any test that we order. This will be done either by postcard, letter, phone or email. Please realize that it may take several days before we receive your results from the lab, X-ray facility or consultant. Any procedure or test ordered by your referred specialist should be discussed with them.
