From north 17-92 cross US-192 and go through 2 stop lights. Turn left two blocks past the second light onto Dakin Avenue. Turn right into parking garage and proceed to the third floor of Chappel Health and Wellness at City Centre.
From east 192 turn left onto 17-92/441 and go through 2 lights. Turn left two blocks past the second light onto Dakin Avenue. Turn right into parking garage and proceed to the third floor of Chappel Health and Wellness at City Centre.
From south John Young Parkway turn right at second light past the overpass onto Emmett. Turn right at second light onto Monument. Turn left up ramp into parking garage. Follow walkway down to 1st floor and into Chappel Health and Wellness at City Centre and take the elevator to 3rd floor.
From US-192 west turn right onto John Young Parkway. Turn left at 4th stop light onto Emmett. Turn right at 2nd stop light onto Monument. Turn left up ramp into parking garage. Follow walkway down to 1st floor into Chappel Health and Wellness at City Centre. Take elevator to 3rd floor.
From north John Young Parkway cross US-192, then turn left at 4th stop light onto Emmett. Turn right at 2nd stop light onto Monument. Turn left up ramp into parking garage. Follow walkway down to 1st floor into Chappel Health and Wellness at City Centre. Take elevator to 3rd floor.
From St. Cloud take Neptune Road west until stop light at 17-92/441. Turn left onto Broadway and turn left just before next light onto Monument. Turn left up ramp into parking garage. Follow walkway down to 1st floor into Chappel Health and Wellness at City Centre. Take elevator to 3rd floor.
