Full payment is expected at the time of service. This may involve an insurance co-pay, deductible or may be the entire bill if no insurance is available. You must bring in a current insurance card with you to each visit. If your insurance status cannot be verified at the time of your visit, you can either reschedule your appointment or make full payment for your visit. As soon as we verify your insurance and receive payment, your money will be promptly refunded the next business day. There will be a $20 filing fee for any extra claim you request us to file.

Payment can be made in the form of cash, check, VISA/Mastercard or debit. There is a $30 returned check fee and if this occurs, no further checks will be accepted as payment on your account.
